Me and Eric decided to get out of the house for Labor Day and head toward the coast with our Canadian friends :)! Our first stop was the Tillamook Cheese Factory. We got to try a bunch of different types of cheese and had the best ice cream/waffle cones around. Then we headed over to Cape Mears to see if we could see and whales. Apparently it's not the season yet for them so we didn't see any, but hopefully next time we will! We had a good time checking out all the fun attractions and just enjoying the beautiful weather. Eric definetely needed this little break, he had his first week of school and its going to be a tough semester for him! As for me I have a couple job offers and I am trying to figure out the perfect schedule for them. So hopefully by the end of the month I will be working full time!

Is that a slug? If so it is the nastiest slug I have ever seen. Sounds like you had a great time.
yes its a slug ha! Eric thought it was a poo at first, but we soon realized after seeing several of them that they were "bannana slugs".
