Kinley feeding the bunny!

We found this cute little bunny in our backyard the other morning and kinley fell in love. She loved feeding the bunny and was constantly wanting to go in and pet it! She sure misses her bunny friend!

Can somebody say OCD??

So I started recognizing some little habits kinley had going and I thought I would document. :) She is so funny and has a little bit  LOT of erics tendencies. One thing is for sure, she has to do things the way that she wants them done or its the end of the world. She loves to line things up in a row, from colored pencils, to her princesses, or even random bottles of juice and soda. ha She was rearranging those juice bottles in different lines for a good half hour or more that other night! She is so smart and she continues to surprise me each day with new and fun things that she is doing!

Goose Egg

Kinley was playing with grandpa in the living room and tripped and fell right into the coffee table. She had a bloody nose and a nice little goose egg on her forhead. She kept telling everybody that she "broke her nose" cause I thought she might have when she first hit. But the goose egg went a way pretty quick and so did the bloody nose, and she is still our happy little girl!

The Words of Kinley!

So I wanted to write down a few things that Kinley has said over the past year so that I wouldn't forget!

  • "Sit insert name Sit", and occasionally it would be "sit oobooo sit"
  • "MOOOO, that sounds like a cow!"
  • "All Done" she would say this when she didn't want you to touch her.
  • When she doesn't want to do something she says"Not this morning"
  • "Oh my gosh"
  • "I'm a tooter rooter"
  • "Dance mommy Dance"
  • "I want Angry Birds"
  • Any time I ask Kinley what she is doing or where she is going she replies with "NUFFING" (Nothing) ha
  • She randomly will add "My whole life" very enthusiastically into a random sentence.
  • When she stands on the table and I tell her to get down she says. "Come on Mom"
  • She has been talking about herself in 3rd person lately. Dad and I were eating at a restaurant last night and I gave her a bite of green beans and she looked at me and said "She don't like it." I've really been trying to enforce the "I" when she does it.
  • Mom and I were in the car with her the other day and we were taking a little while to start the car, and Kinley pipes up in the back and says "Grandma! Turn the Key!"
  • She isn't singing quite as much as she used too anymore, but she sings plenty of songs. Her favorites being: I am a child of God, Families Can Be Together Forever, I love to see the Temple, Twinkle Twinkle little Star, etc. Her nursery teachers are all amazed at how well she knows the songs, and love to hear her belt it out.
  • I was sitting in church the other day and she was looking at my necklace, then she gets up in my face and while stroking the necklace she says "This is a very special emulate." (She got this from Disney's Princess Sophia, ha)
  • She was singing Families Can Be Together Forever in the car the other day, but this was the version she sang "They are so good to me. I want to share my life with Angry Birds, for all eternity....."
  • She is obsessed with Life cereal, so all she ever asks for is "LIFE"
  • Before we go to bed I usually put on a show she wants to watch for just a little bit, and when I say ok Kinley it is time to go to bed, she says "Just one more minute!!!"
  • Then when I put her in bed she says "Mommy I go to sleep" or "Mommy get off my bed" followed with "I love you, night!"
I'm sure there is more that I can think of and hopefully as time goes on, I can remember to write these little things down. She is such a funny sassy little girl and we just love her to bits!
